1. Classes And Workshops

a. Cancellations: If you need to cancel your participation in a class or workshop, please do so at least 24 hours before the scheduled start time to receive a full refund. b. Refunds: Refunds for cancellations made within the stipulated time frame will be processed using the original payment method. 

2. Online Programs And Services

a. Cancellation During Trial Period: If you are not satisfied with an online program or service within the trial period, you may cancel and request a full refund. b. Refunds After Trial Period: Refunds for online programs or services beyond the trial period will be at the discretion of Yoganjali Yoga Studio and will depend on the specific circumstances. Trial period will end after the first class.  

3. Refund Processing

a. Timeline: Refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days after receiving the returned item or verifying the cancellation. b. Original Payment Method: Refunds will be credited back to the original payment method used for the purchase. 

4. Non-Refundable Items

a. Digital Content: Online classes, workshops, and other digital content are non-refundable once accessed or downloaded. b. Services Already Rendered: Refunds will not be provided for services that have already been rendered, such as completed classes or sessions.
